To facilitate parents and coaches who will be going to our fundraiser on Friday night, training will be as follows on Saturday:
Learn to play: 11am-12 noon
Under 12's: 12 noon-1pm
Over 12's: 1pm-2pm
Flying Ducks Ice Hockey Club are holding a Halloween Fundraiser in Aid for the Junior Flying Ducks travelling to Montreal next March to represent Ireland and Irish Ice Hockey in the annual Montreal St. Patrick's Day Parade.
The Fundraiser is taking place on Friday, 21st of October in The Mess, McKee Army Barracks, Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7. It is open to everyone connected to the club or it's members. Please make sure to register with Will Fitzgerald () before. We require names, addresses and car registration.
The Senior Flying Ducks are currently sitting pretty at the top of the table after a comfortable 14-1 victory over the Celtic Clovers B Team last Saturday.
Despite a short bench, the Ducks secured their highest ever win to date.
The Senior Flying Ducks are looking to keep their 100% winning record when they take on Clovers B on Saturday, 8th of October.
The start of the season couldn't have been more different for both teams, as the Clovers B lost their opening game 0-10.
The Senior Flying Ducks started with a 7-5 win over the Belfast Ice Foxes in the new Cross Border League 2016/17 Season.
It proved to be an intense game with the better outcom for the Ducks Team.
Man of the match was Frank Marquez who scored 6 times.
